At ZiMara, we aim to dispatch all in-stock orders as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During launches, promotions or peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Within Australia
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply on qualifying orders.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delays
ZiMara is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, couriers, weather events or factors outside our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. Orders returned due to incorrect address details may incur additional postage fees.
Return
& Exchange Policy
We want you to love your ZiMara purchase.
Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery provided items are:

unwashed
-
in original condition
-
with tags attached
Return postage for change of mind is the customer’s responsibility.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, socks may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
